Karari Rumali Roti
#restaurantstyle#kc#kararirumaliroti#rumalikhakhra#cookpadindiaKarari Rumali is a very crispy Rumali Roti. Which is served as a starter in many restaurants. Karari in Hindi means 'Karkri' and Rumali means 'Thin Roti'. The karari rumali is like a papad that is in a bowl and is being served with mint chutney. It is definitely similar to the treatment for the eyes. It is very satisfying to eat small pieces of crispy rumali roti with green sauce. The karari rumali roti is being made from plain flour dough, very thinly made and being cooked on inverted pan and finally served with ghee and spices. Mamta Pandya -
