Falafel Platter
Cooking Instructions

In a બાઉલ, add water to the dried chickpeas and soak for 8 to 10 hours. Then wash it thoroughly with water and strain it through a sieve.

Now, add all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind in 2 to 3 batches for 10 seconds till half done.

Now, add olive oil and sesame seeds to it and crush it again in a બાઉલ. Then, add 2 spoons of ગ્રામ flour and mix it well.

Fill the mixture in a shape cutter to keep similar shape, press from both sides, prepare all the tikis and discard in a dish.

Then, heat the oil for frying in a flat nonstick pan, fry the prepared tikkis on both sides till it turns golden brown. So, falafel is ready.

First soak the dried chickpeas in hot water for 8 to 10 hours. Then boil in the cooker till 3 whistles.

Now, wash the spinach well with water and heat 1.5 glasses of water in a pan. Now, add sugar, salt and chopped spinach to the boiling water and mix and after 4 minutes immediately take it in cold water and then take it out in a sieve.

Now, take the blanch spinach and all the remaining ingredients in a mixer jar and prepare a smooth paste without adding water. So, Spinach Hummus is ready.

First prepare all the Ingredients.

Take All above Ingredients in Mixer & bland it in a smooth paste. So, Beetroot Hummus is ready..

Heat the white sesame seeds in a pan over low heat till the color changes slightly. Now, crush the roasted sesame seeds in a mixer jar and add a little olive oil as required to make a paste.

Transfer the prepared tahini paste to a serving બાઉલ. Then design with a spoon and add olive oil and sesame seeds on it. Tahini Dip is ready.

So, Healthy & Colourfull Falfel Platter is Ready.

Serve it with Hummus, Tahini dip and Salad.
