Bahan-bahan

  1. 2big fillet of dory
  2. Spring onion, cut 3-4cm long
  3. 1big chayote, peeled and cut in medium chunks
  4. 5garlic smashed
  5. 2 cmginger, sliced
  6. 80-100 mlmilk
  7. 500-600 mlwater
  8. Salt, sugar, white pepper, mushroom powder
  9. Marinade
  10. 1 tbspsesame oil
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. 1 tspwhite pepper
  13. Fry Batter
  14. 2eggs, beaten
  15. 3.5 tbspflour
  16. 1 tspsalt
  17. 1/2 tspwhite pepper

Cara Membuat

    Pat room temperature fish with towel until completely dry. Cut in big pieces. Marinade

    Make the fry batter

    Heat up pan with a little bit of oil, add garlic and chopped chayote, sautee until fragant

  4. 4

    In large pot, bring the water to boil and transfer the garlic and chayote. Add seasonings: salt, sugar, mushroom powder. Bring to boil again

    Meanwhile we can fry half of the marinated fish. Dip in the batter and fry in hot oil. Set aside

  6. 6

    Add ginger and spring onion to bowl, after its boiling again, add the remaining fish

  7. 7

    Add milk, taste, season to taste. Serve with fried fish
