Potato are the love when fried but It can be boring some times. So to break the boredom I spiced up the potato and devaloped an easy crispy Potato Wedges Recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 1 kgPotato medium sized
  2. 1.5 CupRefined flour (Maida)
  3. 1/8 CupSoy sauce
  4. 1/8 CupChili Sauce
  5. 1/8 Cupvinegar
  6. 2 TbsSalt
  7. 1 TspRed Chili powder
  8. 1 TspBlack pepper powder
  9. 1 TspGarlic Powder
  10. 1/2 Tspdried Oregano
  11. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Without peeling cut each potato in to eight wedges.

    Fill a pot with sufficient water add one Tbs salt and put on the flame.

    When water starts boiling add Wedges and just boil for 5 minutes only.

  4. 4

    Drain water from Wedges and let them cool for some time.

  5. 5

    After cooling add soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar to Wedges and merinate five minute.

    In a bowl add flour, 1 Tbs salt, red chili powder, Black pepper powder, garlic powder and Oregano and mix well. It's the dry mixture.

    Now dip each wedge into dry mixture and coat it well. Place coated Wedges into a tray. Wedges can be freezed in this form and can be used later.

    Now you can either bake the Wedges in oven over baking tray but slightly oils the Wedges and bakes at 150 °C.

    Or simply deep fry the Wedges over medium heat.

    Enjoy your Crispy Potato Wedges with your favorite sauce.
