This is a perfect drink to beat the heat in summer with tangy, sweet taste with hints of mint, cumin & black salt. The addition of these spice powders and black salt not only brings in more flavours but also helps in the digestion.

Ingredients

2 glass
  1. 3raw mangoes
  2. 20-25min leaves
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 tspblack salt
  5. 1/2 tspwhite salt
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the top of the Mangoes and peel them, then transfer them to a pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water and ½ tsp salt, cook for 3-4 whistles on high flame, switch off the gas.

    Now open the cooker immediately and sieve the water with mangoes and once cool down, extract the mango pulb and remove the kernels, keep aside to cool them down.

    Now in a different utensil muddle mint and granulated sugar with little water until the sugar get dissolved.

    Now when sugar is completely dissolved, blend this solution in the blender jar along with cumin seeds powder, and black salt

    Aam panna concentrate is ready you can, store it in air tight jar for a week.

    Now take a glass add 2 tbsp concentrate in it, add ice cube and fill remaining with water, you can add more concentrate according to your taste.

    Serve chilled and enjoy
