Ingredients

  1. 250 gall-purpose flour
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1 dashbaking soda
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 2eggs
  6. 80 gsunflower oil
  7. 2large grated carrots
  8. 1 tspnutmeg
  9. 1 tspcinnamon
  10. Nuts......raisins
  11. 120 gbrown sugar
  12. 1/4 tspsalt
  13. 1 tspvanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven.......mix and seive, flour, baking powder/soda

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix eggs + sugar till combined.......add in oil + salt + vanilla essence mix together....

  3. 3

    Add cinnamon, nutmeg and grated carrots into the eggs mixture....

  4. 4

    Now fold in flour alternating with milk...... lastly fold in nuts + raising.......

  5. 5

    Bake @170 degrees for 60mins......enjoy while cool with tea......juice.....milk
