Cooking Instructions

Mix the brown sugar, vanilla essence and the vegetable oil for 30 seconds.

Add in the eggs one at a time as you beat.

Add in the spices and salt then beat.

Mix in the flour and beat it
- 5
Add in the grated carrots and the nuts and fold in using a spatula.
- 6
Oil and dust the baking tins and pour in the mixture
- 7
Bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until it's evenly cooked
