Ingredients

  1. 3 cupschickpeas soaked in water over night
  2. 3onions
  3. 4garlic cloves
  4. 1 tbspfresh green coriander chopped
  5. 1 tbspfresh parsley chopped
  6. 1 tspsalt or (as desired)
  7. 1 tbspfalafel spices; (you can find in oriental shops)
  8. 1 tspdry powder coriander
  9. Heavy oil to fry falafel
  10. Desired veggies
  11. Pickles (desired pickles)

Cooking Instructions

    Drain chickpeas well from soaked water

  2. 2

    Using an electronic grinder \ food processor, grind chickpeas, onions, garlic, coriander, & parsley,(for the safety of your machine, grind in small amounts.)

    Add spices, salt and dry powder coriander, then mix all well together.you then gain a mixture like paste or dough

  4. 4

    The moment you want to fry falafel, add ½ tsp carbonate, just for the quantity you want to fry,mix very well.

    Add enough oil for deep fry to a wide deep frying pan, heat on high heat,

    Make falafel discs, (with special falafel mold, or with a spoon, or with hand)

    Deep fry falafel at medium low heat, untill golden brown from both sides

  8. 8

    Falafel is served with desired picked, veggies, as well as taratour (tahini sauce, mix tahini, lemon juice,and salt well together, you may need some water, to gain a thick smooth sauce,)

    You can make falafel sandwich with Pisa bread, veggies, pickles and tahini sauce
