Cooking Instructions

Take 1 liter Milk boil it and add lemon juice. Take muslin and remove water and tie paneer now hang it for 40- 50 minutes. Transfer paneer to a bowl and crumble it. Add Suji and make a soft dough. Make a small - small ball and press it. Take water bail it adds sugar now add paneer tikki and covered with a lid. After 10- 12, you can see the size of tikki increase. Now turn off the flame. Transfer the chhena in a Bowl with cold water.

For Rabdi take a big pan pour milk on a medium flame for 40 minutes add saffron mix well. After 40 minutes add dry fruits and cook for 50 minutes mix well. Add sugar mix well now turn off the flame add all Chena and transfer it to serving bowl and keep it cool after 20 minutes place it in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours. Serve Rasmalai and enjoy it.
