Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  1. 1 cupmaida / all-purpose flour
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 1 cupwheat flour (make dough)
  4. 1 cupgrated cabbage
  5. 1 inchgrated ginger
  6. 1onion (grated)
  7. 2 tspred chilli powder
  8. as neededwater
  9. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Make a thin Roti, spread some ghee and dry atta on it.

    Then sprinkle salt & chili powder mix.

  3. 3

    Place the grated veggies in the middle of the roti.

  4. 4

    Then make a triangle as shown in the pic.

  5. 5

    Make paratha in a tawa with middle flame, add some ghee with it.

  6. 6

    Serve it in a plate with some butter and sauce
