Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswheat flour (cake measure)
  2. 4eggs
  3. 2medium sized onions finelychopped
  4. Salt
  5. Sugar 1/2 tspoon
  6. 6tspoons oil
  7. 1/2tspoon of red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala
  8. Mint leaves (optional)
  9. 1 teaspoonCoariander
  10. 2 cupsWater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix wheat flour,salt, sugar and two tspoons of oil, make smooth dough and rest it for 20 mins

  2. 2

    In another bowl take four eggs, add red chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder,salt, chopped onion, mint leaves (I like it you can skip)mix well.

    Heat Pan.roll paratha, first roll sound apply oil then fold like fan.and roll again

    Cook paratha on medium heat. Now heat pan add some oil pour egg mixture

  5. 5

    Put paratha on egg mixture,cook for couple of minutes.then take out from flame, again put egg mixture on pan put paratha from on it and cook for couple of minutes.it's done

    It can be serve with any curry or sauce or green chutney. very healthy and tasty.can give energy for rest of the day.
