  2. 2

Now add milk and lemon juice and mix well. Prepare the batter better. If you need to make it better like liquid, add a little cold water and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes. One thing to keep in mind is that the colder the batter, the more mesh. Ghevar will happen

Now take oil or ghee in a frying pan and if there is a bottle of sauce in it or from it
Using a spoon, lightly fry the batter in oil or ghee. Slightly spread the layers one by one. Add 5 to 6 times for each ghewar and make a little space in between and when it is cooked, take it out with a stick. Take: Take a pan of the size you want to make

  4. 4

Now take sugar in a pan, put water in it, heat it on gas and let it rest for 5 to 6 minutes, then add cardamom powder in it, then take water in a bowl to check whether the syrup has come or not Once the syrup settles in the water, turn off the gas

  5. 5

Then spread this syrup on the prepared ghewar and then fill it with slices of dried fruit. The ghewar is ready.
