Cooking Instructions
- 1
First put ghee in a mixer bowl, then put ice cubes in it and crush it. If there are ice cubes, remove it. Then add almonds, add cold water and mix well.

Using a spoon, lightly fry the batter in oil or ghee. Slightly spread the layers one by one. Add 5 to 6 times for each ghewar and make a little space in between and when it is cooked, take it out with a stick. Take: Take a pan of the size you want to make - 4
Now take sugar in a pan, put water in it, heat it on gas and let it rest for 5 to 6 minutes, then add cardamom powder in it, then take water in a bowl to check whether the syrup has come or not Once the syrup settles in the water, turn off the gas
- 5
Then spread this syrup on the prepared ghewar and then fill it with slices of dried fruit. The ghewar is ready.

Rabdi Ghevar Rabdi Ghevar
Ghevar is a traditional sweet from Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. It is mainly prepared in Rajasthan during Makar Sankranti and Gangaur, and in Uttar Pradesh during the month of Sawan for Teej and Raksha Bandhan. While it can be enjoyed with sugar syrup, Rabdi Ghevar is the most popular version. Usually, we buy ghevar from the market, but this time for Raksha Bandhan, I made it at home and everyone loved it. Ragi chocolate milkshake || Fingermillet chocolate smoothie recipe Ragi chocolate milkshake || Fingermillet chocolate smoothie recipe
This is one drink which i made recently and i am in love with it. This is great for breakfast during hot summer days, since having hot ragi malt is impossible these days. I made this chocolate version for me and my lil one, a sathumaavu version for hubby. He loved it so much. You will never find ragi added in this drink unless mentioned. The ragi just act as a thickening agent and gives a nice creamy texture to the smoothie. SaranyaSenthil -
