  1. 5-6big potatoes (cut in wedges)
  2. 1big onion (cut in slice)
  3. 1capsicum
  4. (5-6)Ginger
  5. piecesgarlic piece( cut in small
  6. 2/3 tbschilli sauce
  7. as requiredMaida for coating potatoes
  8. as requiredOil for frying
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. as requiredCoriander
  11. as neededSpring onion if available

Cooking Instructions

    Coat the potatoes wedges with maida (you can add salt, chilli powder as per taste)

    Keep oil for frying potato wedges.once oil is heated deep fry potato wedges in small portion,so that it turns out nice and crispy

    Now your crispy potatoes are ready

    Take oil in wok. Add ginger,garlic,onion,capsicum and allow to cook for few min

  5. 5

    Add salt,chilli sauce and mix it well. Add 2 tbs of tomato ketchup.

    Finally add crispy potato wedges and mix.Garnish with coriander
