Homemade brown bread

Ingredients

  1. 300 gBrown Bread Flour
  2. 100 gAll-purpose flour
  3. 6 gyeast
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. 1/8 tspsalt
  6. 10 tbspscooking oil
  7. 1egg
  8. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except water

  2. 2

    Mix and it will be crumbly

  3. 3

    Make a well at the center and add water bit by bit till your dough is firm and soft

  4. 4

    Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5 mins then set it aside to double in size

  5. 5

    Deflate it with a punch then put it to a prepared baking tin

  6. 6

    Bake for 25 mins,put out of the oven and let it cool for 15 mins then remove it from the tin
