  2. 150 g.Pork fat
  3. 3 clovesgarlic
  4. 2 pcs.Coriander root
  5. 1 tsp.Pepper corn
  6. 1 tsp.Sesame oil
  7. 1 tbsp.Oyster sauce
  8. 1 tbsp.Soy sauce
  9. 1/2 tsp.Salt
  10. 1pkt. Bread crumbs
  11. 30 g.Crispy flour
  12. 2Eggs
  13. 🟡dipping sauce
  14. 4 tbsp.Red chili
  15. 5 tbsp.Vinegar
  16. 1/2 tsp.Salt
  17. 2 tbsp.Water
  18. 3 pcs.Red chili
  19. 2 clovesgarlic
  20. 2 pcs.Coriander root
  21. 15 g.Cucumber
  22. 1 pcs.Shallot

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil vinegar + sugar + water + salt • blend the sauce with garlic + chili + coriander root • then boil and reduce again • serve with slice cucumber and shallot

    Pound garlic + coriander root + pepper together • blend prawn + pork fat + coriander root + garlic + pepper + sesame oil + soy sauce + oyster sauce + salt together • prepare bread crumbs Egg and crispy flour

  3. 3

    Make the round shape as shown and dust with crispy flour dip with egg and finish with bread crumbs • fried with medium heat until crispy and cooked • Done !!😋😋
