  1. For the boiling
  2. 150 gmboiled macaroni
  3. 250 mlwater
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. For the fry
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. 1 tspmustard seeds
  9. 2chopped carrots
  10. 1chopped onion
  11. 1chopped capsicum
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. 6 tspTomato ketchup
  14. 1 tspvinegar
  15. 1 tspsoya sauce
  16. 1 tspmayonnaise
  17. Coriander leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a big pan full of macaroni and add water, salt, oil. Boil for 20 minutes. Use oil to avoid sticking together.

    Strain boiled macaroni and remove the water

  3. 3

    Firstly, in a pan heat 2 tsp oil and put mustard seeds, after 2 seconds put chopped vegetables(carrots, onion, capsicum). Cover it on the gas, and set the flame to medium for 10 minutes

    When vegetables are cooked, add macaroni. Pour the soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and mayonnaise on the top. Stir until heated thoroughly and mixed properly

    You can add chopped coriander/cilantro leaves if you want and it's ready
