Ingredients

  1. 550 gbonles chicken breast, sliced
  2. 250 ml (1 cup)cooking cream
  3. 250 ml (1 cup)milk
  4. 1 tbspmustard
  5. 1 tbspflour desolved in ¼ cup water
  6. 4onions - sliced
  7. 500 gfresh mushrooms \ 1 can - sliced
  8. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  9. 1/4 tspwhite pepper
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 tbspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a heated pot, add oil and onion stir until translucent, then add mushrooms, toss, cover the pot and leave for 15 minutes on low heat

    After that, add chicken strips toss together add the spices and leave for another 10 minutes

    In a bowl mix together, milk, cooking cream, and mustard, add to the chicken, stir together, bring to a boil

    Add flour and water mixture,

    Taste with salt and spices, leave on low heat untill it thickens

  6. 6

    Serve hot with cooked white rice, or spaghetti
