Ingredients

  • Onion: 1 Large
  • Tomato: 1 large
  • Green Chili: 1 large
  • Eggs: 3 boiled (whites and yolk separated)
  • Red chili: half table spoon
  • 1 tea spoonSalt:
  • 1/4 tea spoonTurmeric:
  • 1/2 tea spoonCumin powder:
  • 1/2 tea spoonCoriander powder:
  • 1/2 tea spoonChaat Masala:
  • 1Chicken stock cube:
  • 2 table spoonOil:

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onions

  2. 2

    Add tomato and green chili

  3. 3

    Add the rest of the spices and let it cook for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add egg yolk and mash, add water to make the curry

  5. 5

    Once done add egg whites

  6. 6

    Serve with roti, naan, bun or pauv
