Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground turkey
  2. 1 cuponion, chopped (1 small)
  3. 2 clovegarlic
  4. 10 3/4 ozcream-of-mushroom soup (1 can)
  5. 8 ozbutton mushrooms (sliced)
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 cupsour cream
  8. 1 pinchground black pepper (to taste)
  9. 8 ozegg noodles

Cooking Instructions

    Heat large skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey, onion and garlic 8-10 minutes until the meat is no longer pink.

    Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms and saute in a small skillet with a bit of olive oil until softened.

    Stir soup, mushrooms, and salt into the meat mixture. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook the noodles.

    Stir the sour cream into the meat skillet and heat through.

  6. 6

    Serve over hot noodles.
