  1. Half kg gajar
  2. Half kg alu
  3. Half pao mattar
  4. 1 pao Bhey
  5. 1 pao fresh methi (if not available then 5 tbsp of qasuri methi)
  6. 2medium size sliced onion
  7. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 2medium size tomato
  9. 2 tbspdahi
  10. 1 tbspsalt or add to taste
  11. 1 tbsplal mirch powder
  12. 1 tspcrushed coriander
  13. Half tsp haldi powder
  14. Half tsp kalonji
  15. Half se km tsp pisa gram masala
  16. 1 cupoil
  17. Dhaniya for garnishing

    Sabziyon ko peel of karein wash karein or small pieces mein cut kar lein. Or yeh bhey is tarah ki hoti hy

    Bhey ko cut kar ke cooker mein 2 glass pani dal ke 5 -7 minute ke liye pressure laga dein. Ta ke yeh gal jaen kyun ke sakht hoti hain

    Pateely mein oil garam karein or sliced onion dal ke fry karein jab golden hony lagain to ginger garlic paste add karein 30 sec fry kar ke pani ka chhenta laga dein

    Tomato add karein 1 minute bad khushk masaly add karein siwaye garam masaly ke. Dahi dal ke bhunen ke oil nikl aey

    Ab alu or boil bhey dal ke 2 minute ke liye bhunen or baqi veggies dal ke bhunen 3 minute ke liye.

    Ab aisy hee bghair water add kiye dam wali aanch py 15-18 minute ke liye galny dein. Waqfy se chamach hila ke situation check krti rahen
