    Wash the okro dice into circles and grate in a blender

    Wash the scotch bonnet together with onions grate and fried in a pot.

    Wash the meat dice into cube put some spices and seasoning cover to cooked, wash the kpomo (it was already soft when I bought it)dice into pieces add inside the meat

    In a separate pot add oil add the grated scotch bonnet and onions to fry a little, add water add the kpomo and meat, remove all the scales of fish and drop it aside add seasoning and cover it to cooked allow the water to reduce a bit and add the okro and smoke fish in the end. Done
