  2. 1 cupVegetables(carrot,beans,capsicum, peas)
  3. 2 tbspOnion
  4. 1 tspChili
  5. 1 tspLemon juice
  6. 7-8Curry leaves

    First boil the quinoa and keep aside

    Now heat the pan, add olive oil. Now add dry chili,mustard seeds and curry leaves, after crackling add the chopped onion and saute, now add the vegetables, saute and cover it until soft.

    Now add salt to the vegetables and stir. Now add the quinoa,green chili, salt,sugar, and stir.

    Now add the lemon juice and sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve.
