Take lukewarm milk mix with sugar granules and add yeast.leave it for ten min to get activated.

In a bowl take two cups maida and add pinch of salt. Make a well in this add activated yeast mix and make a soft dough with water as required.

Keep is covered for one hour till it doubles up.

Now take the coconut powder mix with ghee powdered sugar tutti frutti cashew and raisins

Make two halves of the dough and punch it for a min.Roll out each into a thick chapati approx half inch or less thickness

Now spread the coconut mix on one chapati and cover with the other. Rest for ten more min.brush it with milk and make cuts on it for air to escape while it bakes.

Preheat an oven at 180 degree and bake the prepared dilkhush for about 20 to 22 min
