There is a slight difference between kashmeri and balti tea. Basically I am from Baltistani family. So we make this tea salty. And instead of dry fruits we take this tea with butter. Now in winters it is an essential part of our every meal whether its a breakfast, Lunch or dinner. Here I m going to make kashmeri tea. I wana share a tip for beautiful color of this tea.
#Tip1. Use 1 pinch of red food color for beautiful pinkish tea. ;)
#Tip2. Beat more often until you get a redish kehwa.
#Tip3. When water dries pour cold water in kehwa and beat again And again.
