Chop tomatoes and roast. Cook potatoes in pressure cooker.give only one whistle.

Peel potatoes and prick with fork.add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder mix well and keep aside.heat Pan add one tbspoon oil now put potatoes in oil and roast till golden brown.

Now blend tomatoes and green chillies and garlic along with cashwes and almonds.make smooth paste.

Heat kadai add oil to it add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom then add tomato paste to it saute add cumin powder,coariander powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt mix well and fry till oil gravy leaves oil add potatoes and garam masala mix well.add water to adjust consistency,cook for five minutes.switch off the flame.add malai or fresh cream to it give nice mix and serve hot with naan, chapati, phulka anything you want.
