Ingredients

  1. 500 gmfull cream milk
  2. 150 gmrice
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. as neededdry fruits (Finely chopped almonds and pistachios)
  5. 2 cupsCustard apple pulp
  6. 1/2 tspElaichi (Cardamom)powder
  7. as neededrose petals

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes

    Take out pulp from custard apple.Put it it in a food processor and separate out seeds.

    Grind rice in a blender.It should not be very fine.

    Boil milk in a pan. Keep on stirring.

  5. 5

    Add rice paste to it and keep on stirring till it becomes thick.

    Add sugar to it and keep on stirring till it dissolves completely

    Switch off the gas. Add custard apple pulp to it. You can also add some cardamom powder or kesar.

    Pour it a glass dish. Garnish with chopped almonds,pistachios and rose petals. You can also put them in individual dishes.

    Put it in the refrigerator to cool down.

    Serve cold.
