Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsMilk
  2. 4 tbspSugar
  3. 2 tbspvanilla Custard powder
  4. 2 cupsMixed fruits apple, banana and pomegranate

Cooking Instructions

    Take milk in pan and bring it to boil.add sugar.Mix custard powder in 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl to make lump free batter.
    Once milk starts boiling, add prepared custard milk mixture. While adding keep stirring constantly. Bring it to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes or till it thickens. Turn off the flame.
    Remove it in a bowl and bring it to a room temperature and then chill into the fridge. Now add chopped fruits and mix into chilled custard.You can add crushed Almonds for garnishing.
