Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour dough
  2. 1 cupgrated cauliflower
  3. Handfulfinely chopped coriander
  4. 3finely chopped green chillies
  5. 1 tsp grated ginger
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  9. PinchHing/asafoetida
  10. 1 tspAjwain/carom seeds
  11. 1 tspjeera(cumin) powder
  12. 1 tspchaat masala
  13. 1 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  14. As neededOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take wheat flour dough made using wheat flour, little salt and water.

    Keep water to boil and add pinch of salt. As it boils add cauliflower and let it cook for 5 mins.Remove and let it cool.

    Grate the cauliflower and add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander and grated ginger.

    Add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala, hing, ajwain, jeera, jeera powder.

    Mix everything and your stuffing is ready.

    Take some wheat flour dough and roll into thick roti and dust it with dry flour and keep the stuffing at the centre.

    Close it nicely and roll it.Take a pan and put some oil and cook paratha nicely from both sides.

    Serve hot with butter and curd.
