Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupGhee
  2. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 3/4 cupall-purpose flour
  4. 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  5. 2 pinchbaking powder
  6. 1 pinchbaking soda
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 tsp Rava
  9. 1tsp Besan
  10. as requiredFinely chopped nuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take Ghee and sugar. Cream it properly. Take all-purpose flour, Besan, Rava, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.

    Beat the sugar and ghee together until it becomes creamy. Add mixture of flours.

    Mix it gently. Divide into equal portions. Flat it. Garnish with some chopped nuts. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Bake it on 180° in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until sides become golden.
