Ingredients

  1. 2coconut scrapped (1 tblspn keep it separate for garnish)
  2. 2 glasswater to add in coconut to make milk
  3. 500 mlwhole Milk
  4. 10 gmChina Grass
  5. 3/4 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Keep scrapped coconut ready. Take a tblspn and keep it aside

    Take a milk. Add sugar and let it boils.

  3. 3

    Take a china grass, add a cup water and soak it for 15 minutes. Afterwards let it boils until china grass dissolves properly. Keep it ready.

    Prepare coconut milk. Use only first milk. You can make second milk and use it for some another recipe.

    Add China Grass mixture in the milk and mix it well. Let it cool.

  6. 6

    Once it is cool, add coconut milk.

    Pour it into greased pan. Bring it to room temperature. Once it is, shift it to the fridge. Keep it for minimum 4 hours or overnight. Serve cool.
