First of all grate the coconut add 1 and quarter glass of water. Grind and extract coconut milk.

Now take half portion of the coconut milk in a bowl.

Add cornflour, sugar, pinch of salt to it and mix well and keep aside.

In a separate pan take other half portion of the coconut milk, put it on low flame,and keep stirring..

When it starts boiling add corn flour mixed coconut milk to it and keep stirring continuously. When it becomes thick shift it in to greased small bowl or cup.

Aftr pudding gets to room temperature, keep it in the fridge for at least 3 hrs.

Take out,slowly demould pudding in serving plate garnish with grated coconut, cherry or almond..
