Ingredients

  1. 200 gmWheat flour
  2. 1 tspnBaking powder
  3. 1/2 tspnBaking soda
  4. 150 gmJaggery
  5. 150 mlBoiled milk
  6. 50 mlOil
  7. 1 tspVanilla essence
  8. 25 gmTutty Frutty

Cooking Instructions

    Take a cooker add salt 1 cup and close the lid without gasket and whistle. Preheat 10 minutes.

    Take a cake tin put a butter paper in bottom and apply ghee or oil in all over sides.

    Take a bowl add jaggery and milk whisk with whisk then add oil, vanilla essence and tutty Frutty whisk continuously.

    Take a Siever add wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda sieve.

    Then add the wheat flour to the jaggery batter and whisk continuously. The batter is ready.

    Pour the batter into cake tin. In the cooker you put a ring and take place the cake tin and close the lid without gascut and whistle. Cook 40 minutes in medium flame.

    After cooking rest 10 minutes and open the lid and insert a toothpick it will come out clean the cake is ready. Take a knife and insert the sides and transfer the plate and remove the butter paper. Cake is ready.
