Ingredients

  1. 250 gmred chilli
  2. 4 tablespoonachari bharwan masala
  3. 2 teaspoonAmchur (dry mango)powder
  4. 2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  7. 1 cupmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash red chillies and keep it hot sun for drying

  2. 2

    Cut it in between without breaking, meanwhile mix all masala and fill inside the chillies.

    Take a glass bottle or jar and dip each chilli into mustard oil and keep inside the jar.

  4. 4

    Put the remaining mustard oil from top and pour it down, keep under the sun for two three days and your spicy, tasty and aromatic pickle is ready to add on your food taste.
