Ingredients

  1. 3 kgfish
  2. 1/2 bowlbesan
  3. 1 tbspturmeric
  4. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  5. 3 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 4lemons
  7. 2eggs
  8. 4 tbspvinegar
  9. 1 tbspgaram masala
  10. WAter for making mixture thin
  11. 3 tbspRice flour
  12. Salt as per taste

    Sprinkle turmeric and salt on the raw fish and wash with normal tap water.

    Take all the ingredients out in a dish to make a thin paste add water as per your desired requirement.

    Dip fish in to the mixture and freeze it for half an hour so that the paste can mix well into the fish very well

    Fry the freeze fish in to the hot oil and enjoy :)
