Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix rava and curd. Mix it properly to avoid lump. Rest mixture for 10 mins.

Boil water in a deep utensil in which idli stand can fit until 1 boil. Now grease idli stand.

Now add Eno to the mixture and mix it quickly. Now pour the mixture into the idli stand. Fill only 3/4 mixture in each mold.

Put it in a steamed utensil and steam for 15 mins. After 15 min check by inserting a toothpick in idlis if it comes clean then idlis are ready.

Cool for 5 mins and take out idlis with the help of knife.

Soft Idlis are ready. Serve with sambar and tomato or coconut chutney.
