  1. Peri Peri Sauce
  2. 20fresh red chillies
  3. 1/2 cupchopped red bell pepper
  4. 2 tsplemon juice
  5. 8-9chopped garlic
  6. 1 tspoil
  7. 1 tspsugar
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Paneer Tikka
  10. 200 gmspaneer
  11. 1/4 cupred bell pepper chopped
  12. 1/4 cupyellow bell pepper chopped
  13. 1/4 cupgreen bell pepper chopped
  14. 1/4onion chopped
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. As requiredOil

    To make the Peri Peri sauce, soak fresh red chillies in water for 10-15 mins, in a mixing grinder, add the red chillies along with red bell pepper, Salt, sugar, garlic & little oil.

    Make a coarse paste of it (add very little water if required). Your Peri Peri sauce is ready.

    Next smear little salt over the paneer pieces, onion & coloured bell pepper pieces and nicely mix it well the Peri Peri Sauce.

    Now put the paneer pieces along with the onion & coloured bell peppers in a skewers and grill it on a grill pan by adding little oil, for 5-6 mins in low medium flame from all the sides and it's done.
