I had left over sloppy joes and made something new from it

I had some left over taco meat and made a salad

Was in mood for salad today cuz I ate heavy yesterday, but wanted something different and since I had an over abundance of tomato and onion, I made this!

I came up with this after having left over fruits and some spinach i needed to use up , i had everything on hand, i went with a raspberry vinaigrette because it is a berry and I also had it already. So basically this recipe was born with all ingredients that belong to other recipes that was left over and I needed to use up. Nice summer salad that i made in the winter 🥶 lol 😂
