  • 1 pintsCherry Tomatos
  • 1/2Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  • 1Red Pepper, Sliced
  • 1/2 cupCalamata Olives, pitted & halved
  • 1 1/2 cupCrumbled Feta Cheese
  • 3 tbspOlive Oil (to taste)
  • 1Splash vinegar (to taste)
  • 2 tbspchopped parsley(dried)
  • 1Salt & Pepper
