Ingredients

  1. halfcup Besan
  2. 1 cupYogurt
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tbspRed chilli
  5. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspTurmeric
  7. 5-6Green chillies
  8. 5-6 cupsWater
  9. For pakora
  10. 8 tbspBasan
  11. 3Onion sliced
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Water as required
  14. 1 tbsRed chilli
  15. 4Green chilli slice
  16. 1 tbspCoriander seeds
  17. 2 tspZeera
  18. For tadka
  19. Oil
  20. 1 tspZeera
  21. 7-8Curry patta
  22. 2Onion sliced
  23. 5-6Dry red chilli

Cooking Instructions

    In blender add water ginger garlic paste, salt, yogurt and besan blend to mix it well and place it in a pan with 5 cups of water.

    Heat the pan after one boil add red chilli, green chilli, turmeric cover it and low the flame for 3 hours. When it is getting thick and yellow in color add pakora.

    For pakora: take a bowl add besan and all the spices, onion green chillies and mix it with water to make a medium batter.

    Heat the oil add the batter to make pakora fry them in medium flame until golden color.

  5. 5

    Add the pakora in curry mix it now add tadka.

  6. 6

    For tadka: heat oil add zeera fry onion until golden brown add Curry patta, dry red chilli fry in high flame and add in the curry.

    Served with boil rice /paratha. 😋
