Ingredients

  2. 2 tbspBesan
  3. as neededCurd
  4. tadka -
  5. as neededgreen chilli, kadi patta, Rai, jeera

Cooking Instructions

    Mix few cups of rawa, besan and curd together

  2. 2

    Make a tadka of green chilli, kadi patta, Rai, jeera in refined oil

  3. 3

    Put the rawa mixture batter in fridge to settle and ferment it with little bit of eno and after few hours garnish the dhokla with tadka
