Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppeanuts
  2. 3/4 cupjaggery
  3. Little water to dissolve the jaggery

    Dry roast the peanut.

    Cool and remove the skin and break it into half. Grease a plate and keep ready to pour the Chikki batter.

    In a pan take jaggery and add water. Dissolve the jaggery on low flame. Check the consistency by dropping the jaggery syrup in water it should form a small ball-like breakable brittle or candy.

    Turn off the flame add peanut mix well.do it quickly and pour it into the greased plate. Spread with the rolling pin and give cut marks in a small square shape. cool and serve.
