Cooking Instructions

Mix melted desi ghee with powdered sugar for 10 mins using palm.

Add baking soda and mix again.

Put maida, besan and sooji and make a dough.

Preheat OTG on 180 degree.

Make small balls of the dough.
- 6
Put it in OTG for 30 min for 150 degree.
- 7
Delicious nankhatai are ready to eat.
