Ingredients

  1. for the dough::
  2. 5 cupsflour
  3. 1simas
  4. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  5. pinchsalt
  6. 3eggs
  7. 2 tablespoonsugar
  8. 1 tablespoonpowdered milk(dilute with half cup of water)
  9. for the fillings :::
  10. minced meat
  11. Irish potatoes (chopped)
  12. scotch bonnet(grated)
  13. onion(chopped)
  14. (curry powder, ginger and garlic powder, thyme, mix spice,onga)
  15. seasoning
  16. carrots (chopped)
  17. veg oil
  18. flour

Cooking Instructions

    In a big bowl sift the flour, add the baking powder, salt,sugar and mix... add the butter and mix properly till you reach a breadcrumbs consistency...add the dilute milk kiyimaking dough din idan ruwan madarar is not enough kikara da normal water.. knead for five minutes and set aside....
