  1. Quater cabbage
  2. 1cucumber
  3. 2medium tomato
  4. 1green bell pepper
  5. 1onion
  6. 1medium red bell pepper

    Start by washing the veggies, then slice the cabbage into thin slices & add at the bottom, followed by grating the cucumber & spreading it all around. Then chop the tomato, red & green peppers & add them too. Then finally the onions chop & arrange.

    Serve with white rice or jollof rice, you can mix it with mayonaise(bama) or salad cream b4 serving. Bonne appetite🍽🍽enjoy
