Ingredients

1 large pizza
  1. 2.5 cupsflour
  2. 3 tbsoil
  3. 1 tbssugar
  4. 1 tbssalt
  5. 2 cupswarm water
  6. 1 tbsyeast

Cooking Instructions

    Mix your dry ingredients

    Add the oil then mix for few minutes

  3. 3

    Then add the warm water and mix for 10 to 15 mins

  4. 4

    Form a round shape and place it in a bowl and cover it with a towel for 2-3 hours

  5. 5

    After 3 hours you will see that the volume of the dough has doubled then, you can use it

I’m so confused. 2.5c flour, or 300g with 2c water plus oil made a thin batter.
