Ingredients

  1. as requriedPurple yum sliced
  2. 1 cupBesan
  3. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  6. 1 pinchasafoeitida
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. as requriedWater
  9. as requiredOil to fry
  10. 1 tbspdry coriander seeds
  11. 1 tbsp Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Collect all ingredients together and add some water. Make paste like consistency. Crush the coriander and pepper coarsely.

    Slice the yum. Deep it in Besan and deep fry it.

    Tip - This yum is getting sticky when you add in the water. Wash it quickly and dry it completely.
