  10. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  11. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  13. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  14. 3 tbspWater
  15. handfulGreen peas
  16. 2Boiled and mashed potatoes
  17. 1/2 handfulCoriander leaves
  18. 1/2Lime juice
  19. As requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds splitter then add onion till transparent add ginger garlic paste.

    Add all masala powder cook few minutes and then add water and green peas cook few minutes. And then add boiled potatoes, coriander leaves and lime juice.

    Take a bowl add maida, cumin seeds, oil, salt and water make a stuff dough. Take a portion make a chappathi with rolling pin and cut two pieces. Take one part roll and put the stuffing and closed the edges with water. Take a pan add oil add the samosas fry in slow flame. Samosa ready to serve.
