Ingredients

  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1 bunchmethi leaves
  4. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 1/4 tsphaldi
  6. 2 tspchilli powder
  7. 2 tspsesame seeds
  8. 2green chillies, Chopped
  9. 1/4 tsphing
  10. 1/2 cupcurd
  11. 1 tspsugar
  12. 4 tspoil
  13. As per tasteSalt
  14. as requiredOil for frying thepla

Cooking Instructions

    First, wash the methi leaves and chopped and keep them aside.

    In a bowl add wheat flour and besan then add all the ingredients and mix well then add Methi leaves.

    And prepare the soft dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

    From the dough, you can prepare small balls and like give Roti shape and heat tava and put the Thepla and flip the thepla and apply oil and cook for 1 min and flip again and apply oil and cook for 1 min.

    Methi thepla is ready. Serve with curd and green chilli pickle.
