  1. 3cup of cooked rice *better pakai nasi yang sudah dimasak semalaman
  2. 1 tbspolive oil
  3. Kimchi (cut into thumbnail size pieces and put it as much as you want) *can find kimchi at Jaya Grocer
  4. 2eggs (cooked sunny side up)
  5. 1/2 tbspminced garlic
  6. 1/4cup kimchi juice (this liquid is from the bottom of the kimchi container)
  7. 2 1/4 tbspgochujang (can letak as much as you want but beware of the spiciness) *can buy halal gochujang at Jaya Grocer
  8. 1/2 tbspsesame oil
  9. 1/2 tbspholland (thinly sliced)
  10. Onion leaves (cut into small pieces)
  11. Roasted sesame seed (to garnish)
  12. Seasoned seaweed (shredded)

Cara Memasak

    Obtaining 1/4 cup of kimchi juice can be difficult if your kimchi is fairly new. In that case, use 2 1/2 tbsp kimchi juice and 1 Tbsp gochujang instead.

    On medium high heat preheat a pan/wok and once heated, add the cooking oil, garlic, and stir it fast for about 10 seconds.

    Add the kimchi and stir until 80% of it is cooked. Reduce the heat to medium-medium low.

    Add the rice and the kimchi juice. Add the sesame oil, onion leaves and mix them well. Remove from the heat.

    Serve the Kimchi fried rice on a plate. Garnish with the sesame seeds and seaweed strips. (Garnish is all optional). Place the cooked egg on top. Enjoy!
