First boil water in a pan. Add water into it and allow it to boil. Once it starts boiling, add Maggi into it. Don't overcook it. Once it done, take it out of water. Then strain it under the cold tape water. Completely drain off the water and let it sit. Here we are going to use dry version of maggi.So it shouldn't be overcooked and it shouldn't turn sticky.

In a pan, add one cup of water and add washed and finely chopped spinach. Blanch it. It will take 5 to 7 minutes. After that remove it from the heat and cool it down under the running tape water to half the cooking process and keep it in a bowl.

In a bowl take boiled corn kerenals. Keep blanched spinach, boiled corn and Maggi aside.

For the white sauce: 1) Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan and put maida and saute it on a low flame. 2) After 2 to 3 minutes, add the milk slowly and stir continuously to avoid lumps. Cook till the mixture thickens.

Add prepared Maggi, boiled corn and spinach into it.

Add salt, black pepper power and Chilli flakes as per taste.

Mix it well and turn off the gas. Transfer this mixture in a baking bowl. Put the grated cheese and black pepper power and Chilli flakes.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 250 C temperature.

Yummy Maggi Bake Dish is ready to serve.

#mybestrecipe #Lasagne #italian #baked #Pari #kids #party #ફેવરેટ ડીશ ? 🤔 ઘણું લાંબુ લિસ્ટ છે. અને લાંબા લિસ્ટ માંથી આ લાઝાનિયા જ કેમ ? સાચું કહું તો આ લઝાનીયા ખૂબ સ્પેશ્યલ છે. વાત એમ છે કે અમેં ઓરિજિનલ લાઝાનિયા ક્યારેય ચાખ્યા નહોતા, પણ મારી રીતે બનાવેલા લાઝાનિયા મારા પરિવાર ને ખૂબ ભાવે. છતાં રેસ્ટોરાં માં બનેલી વાનગી નો સ્વાદ ઘર ની વાનગી કરતા ચડિયાતો જ હોય એવી માન્યતા ને કારણે મન માં એક જિજ્ઞાસા તો હતી જ કે રેસ્ટોરાં ના લાઝાનિયા કેવા લગતા હશે? છેવટે ઇન્ડિયા જવાનું થયું એટલે અમદાવાદ ની જુદી જુદી ખાસ લાઝાનિયા માટે વખણાતી રેસ્ટોરાં માં લાઝાનિયા ખાવાનો મોકો મળ્યો, પણ ક્યાંય નો સ્વાદ મારા લાઝાનિયા ની નજીક પણ નહોતો આવતો. છેવટે facebook પર ના "Foodaholics in Amdavad" ગ્રુપ માં લાઝાનિયા માટે પ્રખ્યાત રેસ્ટોરાં વિષે ઈન્કવાયરી કરી. લગભગ 40 જેટલી કૉમેન્ટ્સ માં સૌએ એકી સાદે જે રેસ્ટોરાં નું નામ લીધું ત્યાં ખૂબ ઉત્સાહભેર પહોંચી ગયા. પણ ત્યાંય પહેલો બાઈટ લેતા જ મોઢું બગડી ગયું. ત્યારે મારી દીકરી એ કીધું, "Mom your lasagne is the best.
